Dear Shooters,
We are pleased to announce that the Manav Rachna Sports Academy, Faridabad is organizing the Manav Rachna Open Shooting Championship 2017 for 10 Mtr Air Pistol event at the Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad.
The terms and conditions for participating in this competition are as under:

1. This competition will be conducted as per rules and regulations under NRAI Match Book 2016.

2. This Competition is open to shooters from all the States of India (Minimum state level qualified)

3. All the matches will be conducted as per NR Rules as mentioned below:
• 10 mtr Air Pistol = 40
• There will only be one open category for all age groups and genders, i.e men & women between the age group 12-65 years can participate in the event.
• The matches will be played on Suis Ascor machines.
• The registration for the detail will be done on the spot. The final list of top 8 shooters will be declared on the 29th of October, after the last detail. The finals will be conducted on the 30th of October 2017.
• The top 8 scorers of the qualification round will then participate in a final round, irrespective of their gender. In case any of the 8 top scoring shooter is not available then the next shooter will be eligible.
• The finals will be conducted under the guidelines of the NRAI Rule book.

4. The winner of the final will be awarded INR 50,000 cash prize, the runner up will be awarded INR 20,000 and the second runner up will be awarded INR 10,000. The other finalists will receive gift hampers.

5. There will be no Team Events in this competition.

6. Shooters will need to make their own arrangements for Arms and Ammunition

7. The entry fee is INR 1000. Entry fee will not be refunded except in the event of the match being cancelled.

8. The last date for submission of entry fee is 27th October, 2017, 4:00 PM.

9. Matches will start 09.00 Hrs. Shooters will be permitted to shoot only in the details and lanes allotted to them. No requests regarding change of firing points/relays/dated will be entertained.

12. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend the rules at any time at its sole discretion for events/circumstances beyond control. Any decision made by the Organizing Committee in any such matter will be final.

13. All participants are expected to abide by the rules and regulations for the competitions. Discipline on and off the field is very essential. Shooting practice in hotels is strictly prohibited. Shooting kit (clothing & Equipment) of the competitors during the competition will be strictly according to ISSF Rules.

14. The competition will be held at : Manav Rachna International University ,Shooting Range,Sector-43,Aravalli Hills,Delhi-Surajkund Road,Faridabad ,Haryana

15. Victory Ceremony will be held on the 30th of October 2017, the details of time and venue will be put up on notice board.
