7. Events: (Per team/clan) One Singles & Two Doubles matches
(A clan/team can consist of maximum 5 players and minimum 3 players) - 8. Event Format: Tournament will be in knockout format. (One player can play maximum of two events.)
- 9. Point Scoring System: All matches will be decided by the best of three games of 21 points each with maximum score of 30 points.
- 10. Age Groups For Men: Age group (25 to 35, 36 to 45 and 45+).
- 11. For Women: Age group (25 to 35, 36 to 45 and 45+).
- 12. Maximum Entries: One clan consists of five players & one corporate can send any number of clans in each age group
- 13. Minimum Entries: Minimum three players in one clan

Runners up.
A special Prize for the “Team of the tournament” (Fare Play trophy).

- 18. Tournament Timings 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Matches will be played on weekends & thereafter, if extended.

Important Notice
- 1. All the matches will be played as per the BAI (Badminton Association of India) Rules & guideline.
- 2. Manav Rachna Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel any event due to unavoidable circumstances.
- 3. The decision of the chief referee on all matters will be final & binding.
- 4. All participants are requested to gather at the venue on 28th Oct 2017, 9:00 AM sharp.
- 5. As proof of employment, participants should either produce an identity card or authentication from the
- 6. Employers. For 25+, 35+ &; 45+ Age Categories Participants should produce a valid age proof.
General Instructions
- 1. Players attire should consist of preferably T-Shirts and Shorts.
- 2. Players should strictly wear Sports Shoes with non-marking soles.
- 3. Lunch and Tea/Snacks will be provided to participants.
- 4. The Prize Distribution of the Team Events will happen on 29th October 2017.
- 5. Exact timing will be notified later.
- 6. Entry Fees will have to be paid prior to the start of the Match Strictly.
- 7. All participants on arrival at the venue should report to the chief referee.

8. All participants are requested to report 30 minutes before the start of their match. A Walkover will be declared
